Mark’s lecture will focus on the “Meaning, Mystery and Beauty of 18th Century Symbolic Gravestones” and the Memento Mori that proliferated in this period. More about the speaker: Mark can often be found driving around Scotland in his camper van, exploring old burial grounds and he believes that such sites contain some overlooked history.
